Is corrugated the best material for shipping containers?

Yes, corrugated is a lightweight, yet durable material for shipping containers that is also very cost effective. Corrugated provides the stacking power and strength necessary to store and ship your product safely and it’s 100% recyclable.

What is the typical lead-time for an order?

The typical lead-time is between 3-4 working days, but if you need it sooner we may be able to provide cartons the following day after receipt of an order.

Where can orders be shipped?

The majority of our orders are delivered locally via our company trailers, but we are able to ship anywhere in the U.S.

Can I add a logo or custom printing to my boxes?

Yes, we specialize in custom corrugated containers.

Do I need artwork to have my boxes printed?

No, although artwork provided by the customer is more cost effective. Once artwork is established, customer approval is needed before printing plates are manufactured.

Do my boxes require a cutting die?

Based on the style of box you need, a cutting die may be required.

What styles of boxes do you make?

We make many custom style cartons; here are a few examples: RSC’s (regular slotted carton), HSC’s (half slotted carton) book fold’s, tele’s, die cuts and trays.

What are the minimum/ maximum order requirements?

We do not have a minimum or maximum quantity; we fulfill orders based on our customers needs.

Do you carry stock boxes?

No, we do not carry stock boxes, but we can produce the size and style box that you require.

Can you provide a sample prior to my order?

Yes, if you require a sample prior to your order we can make one for you.

Do you make eCommerce boxes?

Yes, we can customize a perfectly branded box around your product. Our packaging engineers will help bring your vision to life.
